Brooklyn’s Trouble And Bass is just five-years-old, and in that time the dark dance crew’s party-turned-label has managed to make it big by staying small. Their roster is short and familial, limited to major selectors who often double as interview pinch-hitters (trust, founding member Star Eyes could have a late-in-life career in network/goth newscasting), probably because they’re all really fun and loquacious and have great taste and gold teeth and sick senses of humor.
