JUDAH: THE LUPITA NYONG'O INSTRUMENTALS

"A muse was needed by JUDAH to create the sequel to his globally acclaimed “Amber Rose Instrumentals,” and who better than the beautiful Lupita Nyong’o. The visionary producer links up with UK’s Dub MD for a second time to deliver this sonic art exhibition. “The Lupita Instrumentals” was inspired by the transcendent beauty and class of Lupita Nyong’o, who is known for her Academy Award® winning performance in “12 Years a Slave.”

JUDAH, whose highly-demanded presence has painted sonic sound-scapes for noted names like Wale, Clipse, Ras Kass, Stat Quo, GLC and others. JUDAH took a similar approach with the sonics and samples for the ’Lupita Instrumentals’ that he did with the ‘Amber Rose Instrumentals’ but added touches of additional elements to represent the uniqueness of Lupita. Really, who would pass on the chance of making a great body of work with Lupita Nyong’o?"

ATLANTIC CONNECTION: YOU & ME MIXTAPE

"2014's been off to a great start, can't thank you guys enough for all the love & support. I'm extremely excited to share this new project with you all. It's a 13 track of originals highlighting that future soul sound I love so much. Most of the tracks contain a ton of old soul and funk samples so it wasn't going to be official, however I didn't want to shelf the tunes either, so here you go.

I'm currently in the studio working on my next official album though, which should be done by early spring and out this summer (fyi). In the meantime... thanks again for all the love & support & If you're feeling it please share it with someone you think might enjoy!" -Atlantic Connection

KIT POP: SEAMS (ALBUM)

"After a brief affair with the dwindling art of competitive turntablism, Kit Pop returned to the studio to further explore the unbounded realms of production, armed only with an impartial appreciation of any sounds he could get his hands on. Where his peers would delegate themselves to a single genre to master, Kit Pop's inability to focus on one thing at a time would pay dividends further on down the track as he gained clout not only as a unique producer, but also as a fascinatingly unpredictable DJ. His ability to seamlessly blend an eclectic range of genres and sounds would quickly see him hyping crowds, playing large festivals such as Big Day Out, Laneway, Good Vibrations, Southbound festival, Parklife, Origin and more. Also providing complex foundations for an impressive resume of acts including Kendrick Lamar, Jamie XX, Ryan Hemsworth, Onra, Tokimonsta, Araabmuzik, Gold Panda, Riff Raff, Kaystranada, Lunice, The Cool Kids, Dave Nada, Tittsworth, Spank Rock, Harmonic 313, People under the stairs, Pharoahe Monch, Tricky, Theophilus London, Big Boi, Flying lotus, Gaslamp Killer and many others if the list went on."
